Happy 25th Birthday, Renucci Hospitality House!

In May 2024, Corewell Health Renucci Hospitality House celebrated 25 years of serving the community. To date, more than 53,000 families have stayed at the Renucci Hospitality House from every county in Michigan, every state in the United States and many countries all around the world.

Local Attraction Visits

Philanthropic funds enabled families staying at Renucci Hospitality House to have the opportunity to visit local attractions including the Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park, Grand Rapids Public Museum, Grand Rapids Children’s Museum and John Ball Zoo. It creates moments of joy, exploration and relaxation for those staying at the house. The experiences offered a sense of normalcy and upliftment to guests during their time away from home, adding an invaluable touch of warmth to their stay.

“We spent 5 and a half months at the house before we were allowed to go home from the hospital. What an amazing experience! Everyone was so supportive, compassionate, friendly and empathetic. We were asked daily ‘How are you doing today, let us know if you need anything.’ The rooms were comfortable, clean and were checked daily. Even the housekeeping team would ask us how we were doing. The hospitality house is also connected to the hospital, which makes it very safe and easy to go back and forth without worrying about parking. There is no place I can think of that would compare to the Renucci Hospitality House. It has such a loving atmosphere that you feel the moment you come in. We have made many new friends that have become part of our family. We have been blessed beyond words by the exemplary care and love by the team at Renucci. We will be forever grateful.”
