Throughout these locations, CATCH is helping to educate over 1,200 elementary-aged students and creating excitement about healthy eating.

CATCH

Youth Behavioral Tele Health Clinics

Your support brings important mental health support to students at Hastings and Thornapple Kellogg High Schools through the virtual clinics located in the buildings. Philanthropy supports financial assistance for students who do not have access to their parent’s insurance or are under insured.

Stroke Education

Philanthropy paid for team member and community education, as well as equipment that allowed Corewell Health Pennock Hospital to become a Joint Commission Certified Hot Spot. All patient-facing team members have undergone extensive stroke education and provide ongoing education to the community on the signs of stroke.

Shannon's Story

Shannon Warren came to Pennock Hospital for breast cancer treatment. During her cancer journey, Pennock Hospital did not offer cancer wellness services for patients, so she sought salon and wellness services elsewhere, stating she was fortunate and could afford to pay for what she needed. Shannon finished her treatment at Pennock Hospital in June of 2022 and was thrilled to find out these wellness services are now available to cancer patients locally.

Before leaving the hospital, she rang the bell to celebrate her last chemotherapy treatment, celebrating this milestone with her family and care team. She recalled seeing a girl receiving treatment who was getting weaker. When they walked by her room, she stopped and told her she was going to feel better — the team at Pennock Hospital provides extraordinary care to their patients, and they will be with you all the way during your journey.

Shannon is now cancer free and doing well.
