Meet Natalie Baggio

Natalie Baggio is passionate about making health care better and more accessible. As president of Corewell Health in Southwest Michigan, she oversees three hospitals, more than 50 outpatient locations, and a network of over 900 providers.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience, she's known for growing strong teams, improving patient care, and driving innovation. Natalie holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Baylor University, and has been recognized nationally as a leader in health care innovation. Outside of work, she's an active community member, serving on several local boards and championing programs that support the future of health care.
