We provide expert breastfeeding support to help you feed your baby with confidence. We offer tips, answer questions, and help solve any challenges you may have with nursing.

Our goal is to support teens and help them feel confident and healthy as they grow. We offer services like checkups, guidance on staying healthy, and answers to questions about changes in their bodies.

Our midwives specialize in helping you navigate menopause. Whether you’re dealing with hot flashes or mood changes, our goal is to help you feel your best during this important stage of life.

We offer both individual and group prenatal care for your pregnancy. With individual care, you get one-on-one time to focus on your unique needs. In West Michigan, the CenteringPregnancy® program allows you to join women with a similar due date to share experiences and support each other in the journey together while receiving prenatal care. Studies show that group prenatal care reduces preterm (early) birth significantly, increases your success at breastfeeding, and creates a community of support with other women going through pregnancy along with you.

Our CNMs offer the support you need after giving birth, helping with things like recovery, breastfeeding, and mental health. You can count on us to be your trusted partner during this important time.

Women with low-risk pregnancies can choose a midwife. Because our program is hospital-based, our midwives also work closely with our health care team to provide specialized care should complications arise.

Routine gynecologic care is important for staying healthy. This includes annual well-woman exams, which is also a great time to ask questions about your body and learn how to take care of yourself well.

During pregnancy, you can expect personalized visits with your CNM to focus on your health and your baby’s growth. These visits include advice on eating well, staying active, and making a plan for your baby’s birth. You’ll also learn about childbirth options, ways to ease pain naturally (appropriate medications are available should you choose), and how to recover after your baby is born.

During labor, your midwife’s goal will be to help you feel strong and supported every step of the way. We will use hands-on techniques like massage, guide you with breathing, and encourage movement to keep you as comfortable as possible throughout the birthing process.

After your baby is born, we offer follow-up visits for you and your little one. These visits include help with breastfeeding, advice on recovering, and tips for adjusting to life with a new baby.
