Our pulmonary rehabilitation treatment plans are personalized to fit your needs. Therapists and exercise experts guide you through tailored exercises and lessons to help reduce symptoms, increase endurance and flexibility, develop effective coping strategies, and maintain daily living independence.

What to expect

Participants attend 16 to 24 sessions, which may include a combination of:

Supervised exercises

Activities may include using a treadmill, stationary bike, or hand weights. Oxygen is available if needed.

Patient education

Common topics include infection prevention, medication, nutrition, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and stress management.
