GRAND RAPIDS and SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – BHSH System welcomes Tracie Morris as its new chief people officer, effective September 11.
In this role, Morris will be integral in developing inspirational and innovative people strategies that will propel the organization forward to thrive in a vibrant and inclusive culture. She will champion the programs and initiatives that impact our people, such as learning, development, recruitment, retention, culture and well-being.
BHSH System welcomes Carlos Cubia as its chief inclusion, equity, diversity and sustainability officer, effective June 30.
In this role, Cubia will be responsible for inspiring and defining the systemwide transformational and innovative inclusion, equity (inclusive of health equity), diversity and sustainability strategies to drive the organization toward its goals of transforming health for the communities it serves, improving health and health equity, and fostering a culture of belonging.
BHSH System welcomes Benjamin Schwartz, MD, MHCM, FACOG, FACS, as the new president of BHSH Beaumont Health, effective July 5.
