With MyChart, you can make appointments, connect with your care team, manage your bill, share your health record and more.
You can sign up at your provider’s office, or if you’re 18 or older, you can also create an account on your own. Visit mychart.corewellhealth.org or download the app. Next, create a username and password. After you answer the security questions, your MyChart account will securely connect to your Corewell Health medical record.
Corewell Health patients between the ages of 12-17 can access their own medical records through MyChart, using their own username and password. This can be established by calling MyChart Customer Support or request with a provider.
Appointments
Easy, online scheduling is available with your primary care physician or their team, specialty care with a provider you’ve seen before, and lab services.
If available, you will be asked if you would prefer a virtual visit.
Check in
Prior to your visit, you can verify or update your personal information online safely and securely from 48 hours to just a few minutes before your appointment. This includes medical history, insurance plan and number, and your consent for treatment (required to sign once a year).
While our new, “Corewell Health” band name is being activated across the state of Michigan, you can access Virtual Urgent Care in one of two ways:
You can message the offices of Corewell Health physicians and advanced practice providers you’ve seen in the past three years. Go to “New Medical Question” and look for the name of the person you want to message. If their name isn’t listed, call their office and ask to have them added to your “Care Team.”
After you log in to MyChart, select “Billing.” Within the billing summary, you can:
On the App, you can access bill pay without logging in to MyChart. To use this “guest pay” feature, you’ll need the account number associated with the bill.
Proxy access
MyChart proxy access allows you to access the medical records of your family members and others you care for, with their permission. You must be at least 18 years old to have proxy access to another person’s medical record. Parents/legal guardians can request access to children between the ages of 0-17.
Sharing your record
You can share your medical information with anyone who provides care for you, even if they aren’t part of Corewell Health. Access is temporary and includes only parts of your record.
Linking your accounts
Link all of your MyChart accounts together to create a unified view of your healthcare.
Trust us to keep your health information safe and protected. MyChart follows all federal and state privacy laws. Only authorized and verified users can access your information.
